REIKI 1 / SHODEN - FIRST TEACHINGS
This 2-day training is the first of three education levels in the traditional Japanese system of Reiki.
Created by Japanese Martial Arts Practitioner Mikao Usui, these rich teachings offer simple, profound tools for an empowered spiritual existence.
In this training, you will learn to connect with your true self. Revealing your inner healer and brilliant inner light. You are your own healer.
You Will Receive:
Gokai - Spiritual + mental connection with the principles of Reiki
Kokyû Ho - Breathing + Meditation Techniques to connect with your true nature
Tenohira - The ability to offer palm healing sessions for yourself and others (hand placements and best practices with clients)
Reiju - Four REIKI attunements (initiation/blessing)
Initiation as a practitioner into the path of REIKI
Comprehensive Shoden Practitioner Manual to continue your studies
