Tenohira / Palm Healing:

the act of supporting Ki to emanate from the palms of the hands for healing purposes.

I am a certified Reiki Master in the traditional Japanese lineage of Usui Reiki Ryoho, created by Mikao Usui

Reiki simply means "spiritual energy"

Healing Reiki is drawn by your soul in perfect timing and fashion. I will simply be the open channel for this healing energy to flow through. There is nothing you need to do for healing and expansion to occur; all that is necessary is to show up with an open heart.

Beforehand, we will have a consultation to check in - where are you craving support?

To begin the session, you will lie on a massage table and be guided into a relaxed state with breath and soothing music. Then, the palm healing will begin. It’s common to feel extremely relaxed; many clients end up falling asleep or drifting into a deeply meditative state.

Reiki flows and heals on all levels, expanding light in the physical, mental, and energetic bodies.
