Happy Monday!

I’m happy to report the weather is finally starting to cool down permanently in the city, I’m one of the few winter lovers, seems like everyone despises the cold on this coast. Today was the perfect day for a light sweater, not too cold, not too hot. I met up with my lovely friend Bayley for coffee at La Colombe in SoHo. As usual, I had over caffeinated myself too early in the day, and needed to calm down with their delicious turmeric ginger tea.

Bayley and I talked about our goals and dreams, what we want to accomplish within the next couple years, our favorite trips we’ve taken and our most dreamed about travel spots. We ditched the coffee and went outside to wander around the NYU student packed area of Lafayette St, and stumbled upon this super cute street with trees and a diner serving brunch, we made a pact to come back and get brunch there this Friday.

I’ve come to realize that my all of my favorite pieces in my closet are more geared towards cold weather, no surprise considering I was born and raised in the PNW. My go-to fall style consists of cute jeans (usually high-waisted), a simple but stylish sweater, cute shoes, fashionable statement hat… voila!

I hope you enjoy these pics, where I got the items will be linked below. Happy Monday friends!
